Classic or using the QR code

The layout and style of correspondence conveys a first representative impression of the company. All business stationery of Messe Frankfurt and its subsidiaries and sales partners therefore has a uniform design. For correspondence in other languages, please refer to the respective country-specific rules. Business cards and lock screens can be requested by email from department HS42, with the following information:

• Name
• Name of department
• Position from Director level
• Landline/mobile phone numbers
• Email
• Website to be referenced
• Logo

• Format: portrait format
• Corporate brand: coloured version of the symbol/logotype
• Personal and contact details
• Reverse side can be used for a second language, additional personal details, social media icons or a QR code
• Available QR code fields: first name, surname, mobile and office number, website, address
• No “www.” for websites
• Social media accounts: use handles only; no full hyperlinks.
